Groundbreaking proofs 2

In November, I posted S's almost flawlwss proof for why god is a woman.

"Listen up", Jan said. "He's got a proof now for why God is a man. Though he'll probably kill me if you post it."
Thus, of course, I'm posting it.
THe proof goes thus:

Consider rain to be the pee of God.
It doesn't rain everywhere at once, does it? Thus, rain is direction-specific.
Men can ain while they pee. Thus men's pee is direction specific.
Thus, God is a man.

To this, my (flawed) contradiction.

Let rain be the tears of God. Let cloudy days = bad mood of God.
Rain falls unexpectedly and erratically. When you're expecting it to fall, there's always a dark sky.
Women cry unexpectedly and erratically. When you know they're gonna cry, they're always in a bad mood.

Hence, God is a woman.

We're so jobless na?
Even better than our theo-gender theories is Rushi's theory, which if true, makes life very very sad.

Groundbreaking proofs

The usual banter in Math class.
"I'll give you proof that God's a woman", he said.
We lean forward, attentive.
"See, women tend to complicate things, right? Look at the human body. It's composed of things like carbohydrates and amino acids and proteins, so wonderfully complex and all. Only a woman could hav done that. A man, he'd just have made some juice or something. Hence proved."
Thanks, S.

Right. The funny thing is, that kinda makes sense.
Other convos with this friend include "About sexy legs". Might be posted later.

Sisters so different....(the idea.)

Sisters, call them Bombay and Poona.....They live, what, 4 hours away, but they're so different, so different...

Bombay, well, she's the crazy extrovert, the flamboyant one, with wildly streaked hair, deep necklines, short skirts....she dresses like a model, almost. (my brother's observation when he came there..he lives in Pune. LOL) Wakes late and sleeps later....She takes a lot of effort to look good, and probably has the latest in everything.....sexy, crazy, naughty, extremely bitchy. Will have a sturdy umbrella, and lives life wild. Travels in the rain by local train or bus, and that's why she doesn't have a driving license yet.

Poona, she's the careful one, the wary one....shy, I think, but getting there. Obviously has a license, and drives a Scooty or a bike. A little less daring in her dress, she'll wear jeans and kurtis maybe, and she'll almost always have a dupatta to wrap around her head hijab-style to bolckout the dust, something her sis would never even think of doing....Pune speaks more Marathi than Hindi, and is a bit reserved.....

Two sisters, living across the ghats, each a bit of a mystery to the other....who knows their relationship....who knows how well they get along..

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Ah well, feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, the idea was just to potray them as sisters....help me out, and I'll edit and do a final draft later.....

Good Job!

Funny how my best theories come when i'm talking to mom......
See, we were talking about karma, rather SHE was talking about karma....
i was wondering if kids who obeyed their parents got further in life, were more successful and generally happier than kids who didn't....and she said yeah! Its because of the karma!
so then i grumbled about karma and if you do a good deed with ulterior motives you couldn't possibly get good karma but she said you could because a good deed is a good deed either way.

[Note here: My mom and me are like a sine curve superimposed on a cos curve, that is to say we have widely opposite beliefs intersecting at a few points. The intersections i cannot recall, the opposites mostly concern things like religion, premarital sex, morals, monogamy and relationships.]

so then she said doctors take money for practice but still get karma. personally i think if they practised for free they'd be out on the streets....
Anyway, the idea struck me, whatever you do, whatever goddamned crap job you're doing, its doing someone some good.
Doctors, engineers, etc...thats obvious....
Advertising? Helps out companies....
Ah. Prostituion. Now, with my warped mind, i could argue that prostitution does a lot of good to desperate pervs who have commitment problems...also to married men who're sick of their wives....
i think.
So do prostitutes get good karma? hmmm that's a tough one....
Answer me that one.....
The Myst fades out....

Today i learn....

Seemed to be a pretty normal day....except for that nagging feeling at the back of my mind......
Today i learn how ironic life can be....
let me tell you a story of a boy i don't know very well....something happened to him last week....he had a fight with his parents...he said something to his dad.....and now we all wish he hadn't said it....
he said..."don't worry....i'll die long before you do."
then he stormed out of the house and zoomed off on someone's bike...
without a helmet.
people have different opinions on what happened next....some say he fell, some say he was hit....either way he was in a critical condition.
that was last week.
today, he's gone.....
i had to tell his girl...his ex...i just thought i should tell her before she reached the school building and found out herself....
it was one of the worst things i've had to do.....
how do you help someone when you can't feel their grief?
she cried endlessly....blamed herself....for saying mean things, for dumping him....i was depressed coz i couldnt tell what she was feeling.....and i didnt know what to say....
Today i've seen what grief is.....
maybe someday i'll know.
you will be missed. i never knew you, but i now wish i did......if ever you were depressed....if ever you, like me, thought that people didn't love you....
you were wrong.
find peace.

The Ultimate Feminist Argument.

Doesn’t it make a lot of sense that God is female, the Mother Goddess, you can say…
‘Coz all life stems from the mother, right?
Of course, there is a mother goddess in a lot of cultures…the Egyptians have Isis, pagans have Gaia, the Hindus have a host of different goddesses…
But none of them considers their Supreme God to be female.
I wonder why, because it is the female in whose body the child is conceived, it is the mother who raises the child…
Except in the case of single-parent fathers, but that’s not the point here.
But then the thought struck…
Even the most strident feminist mother cannot deny that she needs a man to get pregnant.
So does life, in fact, stem from the father? The best form of God then, in such a confusion would be what's called Ardhanari....half man, half woman.

Sorry about the total religion-god-theology type posts...i've been reading up on it...its my opinion.

Do you believe in God?
I believe that there is something, a life-force, an energy that makes the world work the way it does.
This energy is everywhere, all around us, within us, within all that lives and has ever lived.
And then we made our crucial mistake….
We gave it a name.
“GOD”
Ok, then as if that wasn’t enough, we said: “God created.”
And in doing so, we gave this energy, this ‘God’, this formless, shapeless thing, we gave it a human structure, a human heart, and a heavenly mind.
Then started the debates….
Does God exist?
Is it male or female?
Is it good or evil?
And by asking all these questions, we have assumed this energy to have human, yet heavenly attributes.
‘Coz it’s something that we don’t fully understand, so we tend to relate it to something we do understand.
Like ourselves.
And that’s our big mistake, in all these questions and debates and theories, we’ve forgotten that there never was any heavenly entity, person-like, called God.
There was just the endless energy.
And we called it God.
When did it begin to have a human-like mind, a face, a body?
Think about it.

I'm not too religious, neither am i an evangelist.

Guess what?
i'm possessed...by the spirit of all the articles on wikipedia about god, religion, what have you....it really is rather interesting, fascinating, yet disturbing how everything conflicts everything else!
so i guess i'm way in deep or whatever you'd like to call it.
so i was trying to compare atheism and antigod after reading about 40 pages of the stuff....but then it struck me that i just can't do this, coz they're two distinct, different things...
gaaaaaah help.....
so if i try to think logically, this is what comes....sorry, all u non-religious people, i'm being terribly technical...
According to Genesis, God created everything in opposites (actually i haven't read Genesis, i got this from Angels and Demons.....all hail Dan Brown!!)....light and dark, heaven and hell, whatever, right?
So,presuming that antigod is the dark to God's light....God could not, then, have created the antigod since God did not create himself.
God just was.
Savvy?
so all the so-called "forces of evil" in this world, they don't really exist?
maybe...
maybe its just human free will that drives them to do what they think is right, and if it's not, you can be sure they'll justify it...
Hell why am i even talking about God?I'm a self-declared agnostic, remember?um...the fact that i declared...realised...this just yesterday, we shall forget,
sooo....Step One and Only....
We have to try and prove Her (yes if she exists it probably is a her.....because all life stems from the MOTHER..) existence.
which is hard enough, in fact its damned well impossible!!
So we prove her non-existence by using frighteningly logical arguments such as these...

1. Gratuitous evils exist.
2. Gratuitous evils are incompatible with the existence of a god
3. Therefore, no god exists.

There you go, in three short lines we've proved God to be the ultimate hoax.Churchgoers, worshippers and believers all over now have nothing.
But all these proof-writing people cannot deny the fact that certain thoughts motivated them to wrtie this proof.
thought that arose from the mind....
A mind, that, structurally can be found nowhere in the human brain or elsewhere, since the body is, in essence, your ultimate robot, theoretically cannot think for itself, without the mind.
The Mind
You can call it the ultimate miracle...
You can call it biological perfection...
or you can call it God's work.
just trying to see it from both ways here.

Show me The money...

I was thinking.(ok y'all can stop laughing...i have a brain,i use it...)
I was thinking.......so where does the money come from?
No, think about it..an arbit person would get his salary from some company.the company would get money frrom clients.assuming a client to be a businessperson, he'd get money from his business, indirectly from the people.........
So its this cycle, see?a cycle, which is absolutely baseless, frameless, and wheel-less, since actual money, paper, coin, whatever, has no value!
So what has value is the concept of money....the concept of things having a value......
So whole countries, economies, people, the whole world is intricately linkied together (sorta like a jungle gym?) by this simple yet complicated concept??
And one could take a metaphorical machete and hack at its roots and all these complicated spiderwebby skyscrapers of profit and loss and exchange rates and economics that we've built will just come crashing down around our ears and we'd be back where we began....
But it'd be tough..
Coz what we've done...in centuries of formulating this concept of money, then buliding up all these skyscrapers around it, we have forgotten that real "money" is, in essence, just a concept and nothing else....
Its so bad, its morphed from a concept, to something concrete, to something so deep-rooted within us.....something we live and die for....

it really is rather......well? astounding, astonishing, and vaguely sad....
but then again.....
hmm..
